Furthermore, we are active on a daily basis making attachments on ships and cargoes, aeroplanes, bank accounts, valuable documents, real estate, and several other sorts of goods.

In addition we advise our clients in negotiations and in drafting contracts and general conditions.

Our principals include insurers, insurance brokers, underwriting agents, traders, logistic service providers, warehousing companies, project developers, building contractors, real estate investers, and real estate brokers.
In case of a dispute, we will first investigate whether a settlement might be reached. To do this, we imagine that we are in our clients' shoes. Our track record shows that our settlements tend to secure the best possible results. When it does come to litigation, most judgments are rendered in our clients' advantage.
